LAREDO – Laredo is a subscription based service for anyone who performs title searches on a regular
basis.
Property records in Laredo are available from 1956 to the current effective date, and images are
available from 1960 to the current effective date.
Laredo has set subscription plan rates, and images are $1.00 per page.
To download Laredo go to
www.fidlar.com click on the products tab, select Laredo, choose the state
(Michigan) and county (Ingham), then download the program.
To login once you have downloaded the program, you need to contact Karen Rawlinson at
517-676-7249. She will help you select a subscription plan and will setup your user name and
password for using Laredo to search Ingham County, MI records.
